The Ramanamalai Iron Ore Mine, operated by Sri Kumaraswamy Mineral Exports Pvt. Ltd. in Sandur Reserved Forest, holds Mining Lease No. 2141 for Iron Ore extraction in the Ramanamalai range, Sandur Reserved Forest, Sandur Taluk, Ballari District, Karnataka, covering an area of 59.36 hectares. The mine is committed to systematic, scientific, and eco-friendly mining practices. Extensive exploration through conventional core drilling has been undertaken to ensure the adoption of scientific mining techniques.
